The City of Toronto needs an arborist report for tree removals, large limb removals, and any tree work if your property is in a ravine area designated by the TRCA. Schaefer of Littlefoot Tree Service is ISA Certified, offers arborist reports, and can independently file for a permit on your behalf. Littlefoot will also handle the replacement tree planting as mandated by the City of Toronto.
