About Littlefoot Tree Service

Rooted in the heart of Toronto’s charming Cabbagetown neighbourhood, Littlefoot Tree Service takes pride in serving our local community with boutique design-oriented care. Cabbagetown’s narrow, tree-lined streets, lush gardens, and historic Victorian homes offer both beauty and complexity.

Some locations demand an arborist’s touch that’s as thoughtful as it is skilled; unlike larger companies that shy away from downtown’s limited access and delicate conditions, we specialize in these environments. Every project is planned with meticulous care, ensuring minimal disruption and coordination with neighbours.

The name Littlefoot reflects our guiding philosophy: to tread lightly. From reducing emissions to minimizing noise for clients who work from home, every decision we make is rooted in care, consideration, and environmental responsibility.

Our name also pays homage to The Land Before Time (1988), where “Littlefoot,” a young dinosaur, embarks on a journey in search of the last remaining trees — a reminder that trees are among the oldest and most essential pillars of our world.

At Littlefoot, we combine craftsmanship with conscience — providing expert arborist services that honour both our clients and the living landscapes we share.
